For core services such as hosting, server rental and SSL, we collect your name and email address. For domain registration or transfer, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, address, city, postal code and country, as required by registries and ICANN rules.

For SMS payments, your telephone number is processed by the payment provider; Kvintera does not store SMS-payment data. When visiting our website, IP address, browser type and browsing information may be collected through cookies.

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES

We process data to create and manage customer accounts, order, provide and renew services, issue invoices, communicate about service issues, verify identity where required, and meet legal obligations. These activities are based on contract performance, legal obligation or legitimate interests, as applicable.

Marketing newsletters and non-essential analytics or marketing cookies are used only with your consent. We process data only for stated purposes and only to the extent necessary.
